BPER Banca approached us at Agio with the need to create a training course focused on emotional management and self-awareness in the workplace. The aim was to help employees transform stress and anxiety into more positive emotional states, leading to a substantial improvement in work quality, internal and external relationships, and employee management processes.

Design
Design a visually compelling and cohesive course presentation. Create dynamic and engaging visual elements that effectively communicate key concepts related to stress management and emotional awareness. Produce an animated video to serve as a central piece of the course.
We redesigned the presentation with a modern, cohesive look,
updating the color palette, fonts, and layout
We developed a mixed style of illustrations, simple geometric shapes, and collage elements, combining them to create dynamic visuals. Each color was carefully chosen to represent a specific emotion, supporting the course’s focus on emotional awareness. Infographics and animated texts were designed to clearly present complex information, while keeping participants engaged.
Motion
We produced a fully animated video that incorporated the course’s main themes. The video served as an engaging introduction and a visual summary of the emotional management techniques, ensuring a memorable learning experience.
